We purchased this diaper bag based on the little information provided, but found that it did not meet our needs. The closure of the flap is through the use of LARGE Velcro strips which are impossible to open with one hand and makes a terrible noise.
Additionally, the internal bottle pockets are not insulated and since all pockets are build around a single large pocket, use of the external pockets diminish the internal space instead of having each external pocket constructed as a accordion that expand as needed.
Finally the shoulder strap provides neither cushion nor traction for extended use.
