This has ample room for everything my daughter needs when away from home, however I am usually using the smaller version for short visits to the doctor and grandmas.
But it has a very convenient pad which I use when I have to take her in a public restroom or a home with less than understanding hosts who may have qualms about me changing my baby on their bedspread.
