I bought this bag after reading many reviews on this and other bags and the specs seemed to fit my needs. Well, first off, the bag does not fit as much as the description claims. The bag is shorter than it looks, as the insulated compartment takes up the bottom half of the bag. I now have 2 children and it is difficult to fit a days worth of supplies in it for 2. Within 30 days, the large carry handle strap began to fray. I tried several attempts to reach the company for replacement, but never received a response. I have had the bag for a little over a year now and the more I use the bag the more it falls apart, now the mesh compartment is comming apart. I am currently in the market for something larger and more durable. I might just go with a regular hiking backpack.
