StorkSak Gigi Shoulder Diaper Bag,Chocolate,one size Right now

I purchased my wife an Storksak Elizabeth Bag in Grey for my wife in hopes that it would last her and she would be proud to carry it. Considering the price point I would consider the bag a luxury item. I purchased the bag shortly before Xmas (12/23/07) a little over a year ago. Being a somewhat frugal man I found and purchased the bag from a seller on a auction site for a slight savings and a bargain for shipping.

3 months ago when the $300 diaper bag was only 9 months in use the fabric the main zipper is attached to started to unravel. This is an obvious manufacture defect. Storksak has refused to repair the bag stating the back is stolen property because I did not purchase it in a authorized shop. I bought and paid for the bag using hard-earned american dollars. Hopefully the bag we sent back with an RMA will be returned.

My husband has just informed me he bought the bag on ebay and not while we were in Dallas. Thank you so much for forcing him to do that. Obviously, that negates the return policy. I would like my bag returned to me. Regardless of where the bag was purchases I cannot recommend your product or your return policy to ANYONE and I will make sure to tell everyone I know of this experience. The bag is one year old. That you would IMPLY THAT I AM LYING is beyond disgraceful. I was not aware that my husband bought the bag elsewhere and I contacted you with integrity. I have never been so insulted. This is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced.

It shouldn't matter where the bag was purchased. That you DO NOT stand by your product speaks volumes.
As I said before, I will TELL EVERYONE I know of this experience.

Return the bag to me as soon as possible.

Seems both assumptions I made when I purchased the bag were incorrect. The luxury priced bag did not last her and thanks to the shameful customer service at Storksak even it were repaired or replaced she would no longer be proud to carry it.
