I had such high hopes for this bag so when it failed in an unexpected way, I was really disappointed!
The bag is pretty well designed (thought I can think of a few enhancements) and my wife and I both love it. It's good for around town and was perfect when we were traveling.
On the airplane on the way home, however, we were hit with the dreaded BROKEN ZIPPER (and it wasn't even over-stuffed!). I was able to realign the threads, but we all know that once the zipper fails, it's going to happen again...maybe not today or tomorrow, but certainly while we are on a crowded bus or trying to quietly exit a lecture, or going through security at the airport...
Seriously, DiaperDude, this is supposed to be a DUDE's bag...a bag you can cram full of stuff and it will take it in stride and be all the happier for it. In the age of YKK and other high quality zippers, what would compel you to willingly add such an obvious Achilles heel to a bag that purports to be so tough?!
We'll be returning this one and getting something that doesn't rely on zippers. Diaper Dudes, if you're listening...I like the idea of your product, but I won't use it again (or recommend it) until you follow through with your commitment to being a tough, [...]bag!Get more detail about Diaper Dude Pack - Black.
